Responsive Wordpress folio site

General information for the website: creative portfolio site
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 3 page templates
Description of every page/module: This site is designed to have an easy user journey from homepage through to contact details. No bells and whistles, just a folio site to exhibit a selection of my work and content about myself. The most important thing is that this site is responsive down to mobile.

I want the site to function as a one page scrolling site like the example URL I have given (sans colour)with the logo and navigation button in a fixed position with content scrolling underneath. I want the navigation to function as a push, again like the example given. I don't require any specific contact forms.
Description of requirements/features: The only content I need to be customisable is the copy for each section/page and obviously the images associated to projects.
Specific technologies required: responsive down to mobile resolution

Extra notes: I have uploaded desktop and mobile designs for better visual understanding of the project. These can be supplied in a different format if needed to complete. I am able to answer any questions about the project and am happy to make any design compromises within reason for this to be built.
