Responsive website - Static column - Align text - Colour text

Description of every page: I want 4 things to be done on my website: www.faunaandflora.org

I am listing below the things that I want and I am attaching a jpeg with additional information. If you have some doubts please send me a message.

1)
I want the website to become a responsive one, so it adapts to different platforms.
I want to keep the current two-column layout on a laptop and make it a one-column layout on the iphone.
I want to unify the images so they have the same width as the column of text.
I don't want the text to become to tiny when viewing the website on the iphone. I want to see some tests first.

2)
When viewing the website on the laptop and scrolling down I want the first column (with the menu) to remain static. I want the second column, the one with the photos to go up and down, not the menu. I can give some examples if necessary.

3)
The text on the right column is slightly misaligned. I would like it to be perfectly aligned with the left column.

4)
I want to be able to edit the colour of the text in the second column. I want to be able to select a portion of the text and change it to a different colour.

Note:
I want to keep exactly the same layout, with same distance between columns, same distance to margins, same size of fonts and everything aligned in the same way. The only changes that I want are the ones stated above.
