Resize tri fold leaflet psd to a4 and align everything + proof read.

Hi, I have a tri fold leaflet for our manchester based accountancy practice 786tax.. Unfortunately it is the wrong size to be printed. The printing company stretched it to a4 but this is not what i want.

Please can it be resized to a4 and ensure everything will print perfectly. i.e within the folds and edges.

Also need a spell check as i have noticed one spelling mistake 'information' is spelt wrong in the bottom corner..

I have a psd which i can upload via wetransfer. they are 60mb zipped. To start asap please. as cheap as possible.
