Researching my emails to build up my excel based client database

Calling all researchers! I have an existing excel database, listing all my clients. It is used to record the following information about each client:

- Client name
- Current job post
- Job location
- Agency the client contract’s to
- Who referred the client to us?
- Is the client on LinkedIn?
- What are the client’s hobbies/interests?
- Any other personal info shared by clients (e.g. info about their family)

The spreadsheet is set up with the relevant columns and it lists all my clients but I need your help to find and record all the other information!

To populate this excel based client database (there are approx. 150 clients), I will provide you with access to my gmail account for you to search through all the emails I have received from my clients. I will also provide access to my LinkedIn account as additional information is available there.

I am not expecting all the above info to be available for all my clients, I am just looking for you to find and record as much of the info as possible from my emails and LinkedIn account.
