Researcher - Jamaica

This is a very simple job that will start on August 23, 2012. Right now I am assembling a cloud of contractors all over the world to solve business problems in individual countries.

I have hired an accountant to create a pro-forma budget of what the various contractors will be getting paid. When you e-mail your interest, tell me how many hours you think it will take to complete the job and the amount per hour you want to be paid via Paypal.

In 1989, I travelled to the Island of Jamaica. I purchased residential property. I also purchased one commercial property, a hotel on the beach.

At the end of 1989, I suffered and assault and battery that put me in a coma. When I came out of the coma, I had limited amnesia for 23 years.

I now have memories of the hotel. The hotel is located on the beach. From the ocean you can see that there are large rocks behind the two story hotel that act as a breaker for storm surges. In front of the hotel is a sandy beach with a pier. The pier is owned by the hotel. I extended the pier in 1989 without a constructions permit. The Jamaican authorities got upset.

The home is located in the hills of Jamaica in an area with a lot of lush foilage on a single land road. The house is one story.

Your tasks are as follows: 1. Find the hotel and call the general manager and find out if the hotel was owned by an American in 1989. 2. Try to find my lawyers in Kingston, Jamaica. 3. Try to find my accountants in Kingston. 4. I purchased the hotel using an international business corporation (IBC). What is the name of the IBC? 5. When finding the right party tell them what happened to me and have them contact me. 6. Write a business report of everything that happened on your investigation.

These are the tasks. Not all the tasks need to be completed to get paid. As each task is completed, a milestone is created and a bonus will be paid in addition to the hourly wage. The tasks can be done in any order. My first choice is to hire someone from Jamaica. If I am unable to get someone from there then I will hire someone from another country.
