As i am dont have the time myself due to work load and this is my pet prject, i need someone with very good understanding of web development and design.
I need you to research all about job sites what they offer, what makes their users wanting to come back and stay n their site. What features they have and how can we go one better? I have some ideas and will fill you in later...
When we have the perfect concept, we will transform this into our requirements so our developers can fully understand what is require from them.
I build and design websites for a living but as mentioned i am busy and as this is more of a researcher job, i will need the best.
