Research for a presentation at a job interview

Hi I am preparing for a job interview. The role is leading account managers in a call centre looking after business banking customers. This is in the UK but any research you do can be related to US.

Are you able to research and write articles on:
- Web Chat
- Examples of good call centre (telephony) operations - any harvard case studies?
- Telephony Account Management Leadership - what are the key things as Director of the Centre that I would focus on?
- What's next after Web Chat? New technology ideas - what are innovative banks (or other businesses) doing?
