Need help with some research. We have a flat that we rent out but for some reason or another having trouble in letting out this time. We would like someone to phone around large companies in the area and try to speak to someone (get to the right person) about whether they have a demand for people wanting to rent in the area. Perhaps they are relocating? How do they normally go about doing that. Do they use a company that offers that service. Do they assist the employees? Would they want furnished or unfurnished accommodation. If they do have a demand, would we be able to advertise the flat on their internal company site.

The ideal person would have a friendly manner but also be strong enough so they don't get fobbed off by the receptionist. Want this to be done ASAP so we can decide on what to do next as our flat has been empty now for two months.
