Require two Wordpress sites developing.

I require two websites designed in Wordpress, first is a sewing machines sales and information website. The website does not to sell items on but advertises the trade/retails store that we own. The second is a architects office, and requires a smart design to advertise work and portfolio. I have content for both websites, I need the websites developing fully in Wordpress so that we can edit them on our side.
