Replicate a wesite using Magento

I am looking for a Magento developer to develop and replicate our website using PrestaShop as the e-commerce module.

I would need someone who is confident and 100% able to deliver a website exactly like www.youtailor.com with shipping calculator and promo code features.

My previous project received 36 bids within hours and 90% are spammers instead of real sincere freelancers. Please come to me with a proposal of what I need and what you can offer and dont tell me about yourself and company. I need someone who is able to read straight into my requirement and provide me with solutions.
