Reoccurring Webdesign and Easy Programming Projects

I run a small Web design, website promotion company that is currently experiencing order to keep up with demand and not turn down any projects, I am seeking 1-2 new Web Designers that can work on a per-job/contract basis. If the work is quality, and working with the person is an enjoyable experience, I will be happy to pass on more and more work. There will be no guarantees of the quantity of orders or hours worked, as there is an to the business. I am looking for someone proficient in HTML, with some knowledge in flash, php, CMS (Wordpress, Joomla), DNS transfers, etc.

I am seeking to pay roughly $11 USD/hour in the beginning. Over time, this may increase.
