Refresh, Redesign and add functionality to website.

Have a look at my website dojofinder.co.uk I have some broken links, I would like more clubs to join, I like things simple and clean. Can you help? Can you suggest any improvements? Can you fix my list of jobs below?

Its a php site using zend framework. I am happy with the general functionality of the site, it’s simple, easy to use and not over-complicated. I would like a more modern, clean look.

Here are the jobs:
Implement responsive functionality for ipad etc.
Suggest and make improvements to SEO
Build Admin panel to check, amend and delete dojo’s
Add ‘xxx dojo searches completed since xxx’ next to search function
Function for users to report a non-existing club so it can be removed easily by admin. For example In 'view dojo' I could do with 'report a problem with this dojo' or something similar
Existing database must be retained as it’s taken a long time to build
Keep Website Clean and simple
Have a design refresh – I need your ideas on this
Add link that dojo’s can put on their own sites. For example a HTML copy and paste box people can use to create their personal link back to dojofinder.
Change maximum search distance to 60miles
Administrator way of deleting dojos
Automated email with details to dojofinder administrator when a new club is added
Default cursor to main search box when page loads so if you start typing it goes straight in there
Forgot password link and functionality to automatically email edit dojo password to email address on dojo entry form
Broken link to fix - link to individual dojos personal websites needs to open in new window (not working currently)
Take out pivoa.com link
