Refresh and redesign of a company website

Our current website needs a redesign. I am looking for an innovative and creative person to do this at a fixed price.

At this stage I am looking for proposals and costings only, examples of actual work completed would be useful.

The bidder MUST be UK based.

The bidder must come up with proposals for the structure of the new site - I do not simply require someone to code it. Please respond with a detailed proposal.The more detailed the proposal, the more attention I will pay to your bid.

Please don't cut and past a standard response, the bid will get discarded. You must make your bid stand out amongst the large number I will receive.
