Reformat existing powerpoint presentation

I would like a 32 slide powerpoint presentation to be reformatted and refreshed to improve overall look of the presentation. It has a very plain background slide and has quite a lot of text so could do with images and blocking etc to break the slides up. The slides are used to teach health professionals so will need to have a professional, old worldly look and feel to them.
I would like to have the slides completed possibly by the 14th June but can run an extra week if needed.
