PAGES 1-2 - no work needed
TABLE OF CONTENTS ON PAGE 3 - no work needed; columns are fine as is
PAGES 4 - 243 - make this a single column, REMOVE vertical line that divided columns when it was a 2 column document.
INDEX - pages 244-248 - this is fine as is; the columns work very well.
The final deliverable for me will be a word document AND a rich text file.
I need this ASAP; today if possible. Please let me know if you have questions.
