Redrawing of an existing logo

I already have an existing logo however the person who created it did not do this in a high res format, hence I need my logo redrawn (it was the person who did my website who also designed my logo). I love my logo but think it could be tweaked slightly. If it helps, I come from a marketing background so know quite a bit about design and think I have a good idea for what works or not.

What I need is to use the same font - Avant GardeIT Book - and to have leaves in the background of my name (so very similar to what you see in my existing logo). I am a big lover of nature and love really clean looks - and I think the font gives it that clean, fresh look. The leaves need to be feminine as my business is working with women, but also very professional. I like the three leaves but think some of them on the side maybe need to curve upwards rather than downwards which I think makes an impression of possibility.

Rather than my website address beneath my logo, I want to delete that and have my tagline underneath my logo instead (you will be able to see this on my website www.anneloyd.com).

I need my logo in high res format so I can use it properly on my website and on business cards and pamphlets etc.

I'd also like just my name on it's own - and I wonder whether I should also have it in another colour other than grey. I love grey and white, but there could be an opportunity to have it also in another colour.

This is pretty much a straight forward design, but as the logo will be reproduced, the leaves mustn't take away from my name and must look good when printed. One idea was to draw some leaves, but I'm not sure how easy that would be. I guess the other option is to use an existing leaves photoshop file...

There's no fast deadline on this - I would rather get the right look and feel rather than turn it around quickly. If this sounds like you, I'd love to hear from you and see some samples of your work. Kind regards, Anne
