Redo Picture/Video Snapper

Our photo/video snapper is a little "dated" looking. We want to give it a new polish by having it work/look like apples photobooth (http://screencast.com/t/ynDFcbmaQ). So as you see you click one button, there is a quick.. beep, beep, beep (with 3… 2…1 on screen), and then different sounding beep "click" as it says GO and is recording. Then you simply click same button again (or space bar to stop and start too would be nice) to stop it. Then below the screen, the thumb of the recording appears. When thumb is clicked it plays (so as user can watch it) but it also has the "X" to delete it if no good. This is very efficient way of doing everything and simple as well. They then just need to highlight which thumb to use, and click USE. The app then closes down and the video is placed as needed. Picture snapper could work exactly same only pics, no video.

We already have a working system in place, so we are not asking you to build anything from scratch, simply update, modernize our existing working system and a better looking user interface.
