Redevelopment of online portal

Project Description:
To update current online portal and community -

1 - Update current member account - member registration -
2 - Add member interactivity
3 - Update layout of the homepage
4 - Update Gomma Display (similar to pinterest)
5 - Add photo of the day feature – in the hompeage
7 - Add a messaging system between members – similar to fb
8 - All the above with its emails notification automated system.

The site is 90% free for all members with some extra features that required small payments (through Paypal)
the site has this payment system already implemented which will need to be updated in relation to the changes above.
