Redesign or Brochure from word doc 40 pages approx

Required to redesign so we can alter the doc to work in Powerpoint, Keynote, Adobe Indesign similar. The redesign should look attractive, stylish, simple and modern. It should be easy to read for people in finance as it contains a great deal of financial information. Bu It should be print ready in case we need to print.

The document is a working document so would need to be updated with another 4 pages at a later date.

I'd need to see sample of previous work.
