Redesign my website

Our website www.benefitanswers.co.uk is boring! It is too wordy and it needs someone to cast a critical view over our website and to reword and redesign the website to attract more customers and sales. To add insult to injury the site was also recently hacked so we also need the site moving to a new server. The site is joomla at the moment with a content management system - need the CMS but jooomla is not essential. We have all the website files and the database. We will also need ongoing support after the initial redesign. I will lean towards proposals that include suggestions for things you could do to improve the site!
