Redesign my existing Ning website.

I have a Ning website called "MS Access Hint's Tips and Videos" which hosts 2 and a half hours of free video demonstrating advanced MS Access programming techniques.

It is a typical website which has just grown and is in a mess! It needs a good sort out. I put this job under the writing category because I'm not looking for a web developer I'm looking for someone who can organise the website into something more akin to a book.

Bear in mind it's multimedia in that it has pictures and videos, so a typical chapter type book structure might not be the only way.

The website will need extra blocks of text written to make it fit together more logically again the reason I put it under the writing category.

I see this project as a collaboration, I see myself writing some copy and you writing some copy, with me writing the technical MS Access stuff and with you making it all fit together logically.

Summary
I'm looking for someone with a good understanding of website structure in the multi media web based environment.

Someone with the ability to write copy to make this new structure flow together.

Someone who is experienced in organising a Ning website.

I'm thinking the job should take one day hence the fee I have suggested however this is negotiable on length and rate.
