Redesign master file in ASP 4.0 C# using CSS

I have a Web site in ASP.NET 4.0 C# that's for a sample project. The URL is:

If you go to the Web site and click on one of the first two DEPARTMENTS (the others below those don't work yet), you will see the resulting info feeds into the bottom of the page. After you click on one of the first two DEPARTMENTS, another submenu opens up that says CATEGORY. This too must open in the left column and like the other, should be styled to make it attractive.

The logo and background colors need to stay the same.

I want the master page redesigned so that the DEPARTMENT links are on the left in a column (and subsequent CATEGORY links after you click on one of the first two Department links). The BalloonShop Logo is on top over the whole page, the copyright logo is in a footer at the bottom (centered) and a larger column is on the left below the header and above the footer.

When you come to this site, you should see a couple of photos -- use a few of what's there -- and then when you click on one of the DEPARTMENT links, it feeds the info into that right column and removes the photos that had beed there.

You will have access to the files so you can work on them live. You will need to remove the CSS coding in the master file and place it in the CSS file that's already on the site in the APP_Themes directory.

This work must be done this week. For a skilled programmer/designer, this should only take an hour or two at the most. The site is NOT for publication nor is it for a client of mine.
