Redesign company logo

I have a company logo and need it redesigned. I will be using the logo on hard copy documents as well as on websites twitter etc. I have attached my current design and would like it to be updated. I want to keep the "harvest" colours and want it to look more stylised without border with white background. The company name needs to drop "corporate services"I would like to have the logo available to be used on 7th June 2013.
