Redesign and PHP/SQL programming for NFP website

In January 2012, our Not-for-profit organisation won a brand new website from iTeq Global Media & Design due to our charitable and humanitarian activities. However, it now appears the project has been abandoned by iTeq and this has left us in limbo as most of our marketing strategy last year had been reliant on iTeq delivering.

We are therefore looking for a web designer and PHP programmer with a philanthropic soul to help us get back on our feet without costing us the Earth. I'm sure you can appreciate, we did not budget for this and 99% of our income goes towards humanitarian endeavours. Our indicative budget is reliant on the fact someone can get the project done quickly for us. Our current website is at http://www.gckt.org/

I have attached an outline of our navigation requirements. We do have people in house who can populate pages with information so we only really need a graphic/web designer to come up with a new image and HTML template for us. We have a nice intro video we'd also like to incorporate. I've also attached our PHP/programming wish list so an accurate estimate can be produced for the work required.
