Redesign a logo

Would like a talented designer to redesign the attached logo.

They want to keep the burgundy colour, keep the position of the words and the houses underneath the M but want it more modern, clean, fresh, corporate, trustworthy and friendly.

Ideally would like a no nonsense and quick approach to this and would like variations to choose from.

Quite a low (ish) budget but for a talented designer I'm sure this won't take long :)
