Redesign a complex website

Please provide a quote on cost per page of design and a link to your company's website + portfolio. I am looking for a top notch designer, not programmer. The designer should be comfortable designing web2.0 sites like Shopify.com, Squareup.com, or peopleperhour, not just throw in some Wordpress template.

We are in the middle of converting our site http://beta.lessthan6percent.com/re/ to Shopify's design, we need help refining about 7-10 pages.
Some of the pages are done, (eg. http://beta.lessthan6percent.com/re/ , http://beta.lessthan6percent.com/re/top-agents), but others need help.

Sites in your portfolio should look as good as, if not better, than our website, otherwise please don't apply.
