I am interested in setting up an email marketing campaign. I can obtain a list of 5000 people that would be considered highly motivated buyers. I need somebody that can set up a system that is easy for me to contact these people (perhaps separated into several different target groups) on a monthly basis. The contacts will be in an excel file.
