Rectify problems with my payment gateway and move to new hosting provider other

Quotes for two priority jobs plus other. My web developer who I paid has disappeared.
1) problems with the Payment Gateway – complete under a day
a) Checkout is confusing
b) payment procedure redirect s customers to a page with a thank you greeting needs to be customised.
c) customer should receive an e-mail with a standard reply that I have written
d) orders do no go through, CMS shows they are cancelled and PayPal shows as pending
e) need to e-mail customer product keys to access course not sure best way
2 ASAP Manage the move of my website to new hosting company. As I am unable to contact the web developer I am concerned about the security of my site.
a) Advise and manage the move of my site to a reliable web host (the previous developer was to include a page for Moodle so this may influence which web host to use) and ability to add more e-mail addresses
Have several domain names not sure how these work with the move. email used for web site is beinspiredtraining.com also have .co.uk and.org.uk
