A detailed specification of my recruitment website:
A fully functional website design
Corporate look and feel, logo design and branding.
Contact management system
Candidate pipeline – Applicant tracking system
Candidate profiles
Locum (temp) and permanent options on front page
For both locum and permanent positions I have admin controls so I will put the job out which will then be both emailed and SMS text to all professionals who meet criteria within 30miles for example. The candidate can then log on and reply to the job meaning he would have an option if it is a temp job to accept and works on first come first served basis. With permanent roles the candidates would then just have an option to register their interests for the job and I would get in touch.
News feed (blog)/twitter/facebook/linked in feed.
Online CV submission
Can attach saved video profiles from you tube and link to profile on website.
Roll up lists – which will sort groups of clients and candidates – sending multiple resumes to clients.
Diversity sourcing for self identification for reporting and auditing processes – ethnicity, religion etc.
Import CV's in emails or PC directly to database creating name records.
Integrated email if possible between outlook and database.
