Recruitment Consultant / Business Development

I am looking for an experienced Business Development proffesional who can work from home or a location of their choice and receive lucrative pay for their efforts. In summary I want to grow my recruitment division and need someone who can work through and develop our client list, sourcing vacancies which we can then go onto fill.

Mainly I want someone to generate leads and place candidates I already have, basically own the recruitment brand and if good enough lead it in the future, given the other arms of the business, the opportunities are endless.

The candidate can expect to receive 50% of the commission for all outcomes sourced themselves. That would only mean 3-4 per month to make quite a lucrative wage as we typically charge 10-15% of first years salary.
