Recreate/design/develop my current website in Wordpress.

I have a website currently that does not perform well at all. It was created, several years ago, using a template by myself and a colleague, with little web/SEO knowledge.

I have Wordpress installed, hosted and all the log ins, intending to recreate the site myself. But have hit a brick wall with time, whilst lack of understanding of Wordpress and web development compounds that issue. I am a print based graphic designer and therefore I have my ideas on design and style, but do not have the knowledge to put them into the development or the time to research this at present.

My current site www.maslands.com is bland and uninteresting and ranks in the depths of googles cellars somewhere...

I need this content transferred to the Wordpress site and tweaked for SEO friendly content where necessary, I need people to find my site. It needs to put us up there with our competitors.... We are the better printers, we're just not web developers!

I also need my site to link to an online shop that I am building with our web to print software. Initially a 'online shop coming soon' link which I can easily change to 'shop here' when style and details are realised.

We do have a blog, that has recently gone a bit stagnant, www.maslands.blogspot.com, which should really tie in with the Wordpress site.

I need this to be achieved as soon as possible.

What's more... I need all of this on a shoe string!

i have no budget for this, the costs proposed will decide whether or not the job continues... I am not looking for an all singing all dancing IT extravaganza, I really just need my site to work, work well, look inviting and most importantly, be found. Who can help me?

For anyone who can help, you may be interested to know I also have an estore that I have been trying to convert to Wordpress also... Www.paperpicnic.com. I have installed a theme, but have made little progress with the design front that point. So, there will be this job to follow for the right person, along with ongoing assistance regarding SEO marketing and web ranking.
