Realistic Model Pose Illustration

Requesting illustration of wife's facial features onto Model image attached. Some items to note. Model's hair is the hair my wife wants on the illustration. Breasts a bit larger to map to wife's natural size. the goal with this is to get it as realistic looking as possible, but with some minor modifications to smooth out some of my wife's cheeks and as she says... pretty her up a bit.
