Re-design of Joomla website.

Here are my web design requests.

The main request is to re-design the frontpage of the website so that it looks more professional.

The search module on the frontpage has a text saying 'join here'. it opens into a page, however I will like that page to have a payment gateway, and function in a way that members profile will be automatically added to the database of therapists as soon as payment is made.

Regarding the frontpage design, I'll prefer a 2 tab module to feature 'Health Articles' and 'Latest News' instead of the current frontpage news display.

The frontpage sections 'Health Topics' and 'Science based nutritional Health' are supposed to be modules that will allow me add information to them. It has been poorly done, and I'll appreciate your help with fixing it.

I intend to add a product page menu using the shopping cart from Ace Shop. However, the products I'll be selling are health products from nutrition laboratories and requires a consultation before they are sold. So, I intend to link the shopping cart to the 'Ask' menu (free clinic ) module located at the frontpage main, so that visitors can only purchase certain products after consultation using the 'ask' module.

Also, I intend to display at least 2 featured clickable text advertising in the form of a box on the frontpage.

I installed all the current modules on the website, but I believe some things need cleaning up, so I'll need help with cleaning up the site to make it run more efficiently.
