Re-design forum or client portal

Here are my notes on the screen shots. What I am trying to do is simplify and make the whole thing look less like a forum. There are 3 user types Me (super user) Partner (admin) and client. At the moment admin can change posts that i have written which is not good. I would also want to use a secure code. Most webhosts prefer linux so using the microsoft database is expensive.

I would like this to look less like a forum and more easily integrated with the main website.
Remove the folder tree

I don't need:-
the Author column
The replies column
the Read colum
Title colum
Post colums

I want an administrator level that is not able to change posts by me(super admin).

FOLDERS1 SCREENSHOT
Topic moderator and post colums not nescessary.
Only super admin able to create lock and delete new client folders.

FUND WEBLINK SCREENSHOT
It would be good to have a column displaying the number of clients with that fund.

Once document is uploaded they can only be removed by admin.

CLIENT 2ND LEVEL SCREEN SHOT
I like the tree to show the levels.
I like seeing the folders and when a folder is active it is pink.
I like the date and time stamps

I don't need:-
the Author column
The replies column
the Read colum
Replace the word topic with Folder
Remove options like decending and all topic
Make the reply to button more prominent
Remove Jump to box
