Re-Design for Existing Website

I currently run bootstrapcroc.com, a website showcasing the bootstrap framework, and resources, tutorials and themes.

The current website is a standard bootstrap theme, with a clip art logo.

The aim is to increase traffic over the next six months and generate some revenue, but to do that I need to have the website redesigned.

I am looking for an excellent designer who can do the following...

- Logo (optional: preferably the design will encorporate a new logo, but I know that not all designers do logos, so if you don't its not the end of the world)
- Magazine theme design highlighting sections such as themes, showcase and articles.

The following designs needs to be achieved

- Frontpage - as above highlighting the different sections
- Article Archive
- Single Article Post
- Showcase Archive
- Single Showcase Post
- Theme Archive
- Single Theme

For the posts I also want to showcase the original author, and I want the pages to be easily shared via social networks.

The website is also responsive, so it is important the designer has worked with responsive sites before and can showcase how the website will look at each breakpoint.

There is a lot of creative freedom with the job, I'm open to suggestions.

I would prefer this is handled by an experienced designer, but I am open to seeing suggestions from lesser experienced ones.
