Re-Design and Hosting of Current Website

I currently have a website which is fully complete with the content I need it is hosted by Getting British Businesses Online, I just need it to look a bit better than it does already, I don't need it to be all singing all dancing, just a bit more easier to read. I also need hosting going forward, and I am not willing to pay more than £25 per year for this as I have been offered hosting for this price separately, I would just like whoever redesigns the site to have the option to host it going forward so that I can contact them with any future changes I may need.
