We are looking someone who are really creative and knows how important is to do an eyecathing design. Our site is a file sharing site. The main job will be to redesign the header, footer, content are.(new color scheme, new pictures, new buttons) It will be also need some re-positioning, php editing, but these things are really just bits. The template are smarty so if you redesign the header file, then it will be change all over the site, so you dont have to change every single file. The amount of file you required to touch is around 10-15. Please note we have to see some previous work of your to be able to choose the best person.
