Re-design a logo

Hi there!

We're looking to redesign the logo for our sister site Travel Buddies - http://www.travel-buddies.com/.

We love the logo for this, but what we're looking for is someone who can give it that extra wow factor, either through a complete redesign, adjust it slightly or add something extra to the mix.

We'd like something with people on to symbolise the buddies aspect, ie:

The type of thing we're looking to create is something more self contained such as:
