Re-design a 40-booklet learn-piano course

Design details: I have a piano tutorial course that needs a complete redesign. The course dates back to 1980 and needs redesigning for 2014.

There are 40 lessons plus one Introduction booklet, a total of 41 booklets. Each booklet is approximately 10-15 pages long including front and covers.

I have attached example images. The current images are available as approximate 1100w x 1500h pixel JPGs.

I need the re-designed booklets to present well on modern PC screens, iPads, etc. The new images will ultimately be compiled into PDF booklets. I expect that the re-designed images will be supplied to me as the original layered images and that full ownership of those images is held by me, not the re-designer.

Many of the images include Text. I can supply the text so that it can be copied and pasted.

The booklets also include various photos. These can also be supplied. Other drawings will have to be re-created from the original source images that I supply.

Because this is a piano course, many of the pages feature music staves, keyboard layouts, etc. These will have to be re-created (precisely) from the supplied source images.

I have no expectations of how long this project will take but I would like it done 'as soon as possible'.

I am also not sure about cost. This, I guess, will be dictated by how long this job is expected to take. I would prefer a Fixed Price quotation for completion.

After the booklets are completed, I will be looking for someone to design and code a website for the product, where people will be able to buy and download the course. Let me know if you also design and code websites if you'd like considering for that job too.
