Re-create website banner

Design details: This is the simple re-design of subsidiary website banner to make it fresher and get rid of a spelling error.

The banner to be replaced is at the top of this page www.integration2014.com/form1.php

The left-hand section includes these words:Integration 2014 is a campaign to encourage better understanding
amongst and between health professionals so that a more
balanced and co-ordinated approach can be taken to tackling
some of the major challenges of the early 21st century.
This needs to be kept the same.

The right-hand section (in a lighter shade of lilac) needs to be replaced by the design attached to this proposal. The finished banner needs to be of the same size so that it can be substituted easily.
