Re-create and image into photoshop

We used to have a Photoshop image of our sports arch that we where able to alter the colours of the main arch by use of layers, We need this image re creating.

We don't need any logos on it or the person running underneath just the plain arch with the ability to change the colour of the panels, it needs to look good with gradients etc similar to the design we have uploaded. as an example we need to be able to change the colour of the grey and the white to whatever we need along with the main body each panel should be able to be altered.

Image size needs to be 300dpi and 1024x768
