Radio Programme IDs / jingles

I am about to start a monthly voluntary programme on German local radio and need some programme ids.

This is not a commercial venture and such costs are coming out of my own pocket so please bear this in mind before pitching. However, I am a retired pro so want to achieve something with a reasonable level of competence.

Having said that I only need a few items and backing tracks can be pre-existing or slightly modified ones you might have already made. I would like you to use some voices I have already recorded, edited in a creative way over the ids. These are people saying things like the English Radio show on xxxxx. I have about six of these with different accents e.g. US, African, UK, etc. You can chop them up into individual words or syllables as you like. I can supply in WAV, AIFF or MP3.

One stipulation I must make is that you must declare the ids will be totally royalty free and you are not a member of a music organisation that will require other performance fees etc. Consequently the ids have to use beds have you have made i.e. not ripped off or edited from other sources.

Now the actual ids:
1. One or two ids I can use as segues into/outof items or music.
2. Some kind of 15 second or so id/intro to the programme

The show will be an hour once a month majoring on speech: chat, interviews, news, phone ins, etc. It will be lively yet intelligent. Some music will be played. This will be largely MOR/chart hits. The show might eventually transfer to internet only, in which case no music at all will be played.
