Quickbooks bookkeeping required.

We are an established serviced based business. Our turnover has quadrupled in the past 4 weeks due to a change in government legislation. Our manual accounting and invoicing system will now need upgrading and we will be using Quickbooks going forward - in due course this will integrated into the CRM system we have built to manage the workload.

Our accountant will still handle year end accounting and tax as we have other business interests.

We are looking for a bookkeeper to get our invocing system up and running by the end of the month ready for our first batch of invoices. We have around 40 clients to invoice for approximately 300 - 350 jobs. The CRM system will identify much of this work and this can be accesses remotely by you.

We are awaiting our VAT registration number at present but may need to issue pro-forma inovices initially.

This work could be ongoing as we are stretched with our current workload.
