Quick website

I have a client who has a horribly outdated website. Its an e-commerce storefront that they've been using for years, and they don't want to change their backend inventory system. I need someone w/ CSS skills to go in and re-do the site around the inventory system. I have approved mockups, sitemap, and content that I will provide, but am totally open to design improvements.

Right now we're leaning toward no 'bells and whistles' just a simple site (but with a lot of static content), but the client is open to a low-cost proposal as well as a medium/ high cost one if we can show them the added value.

Instead of hourly, I'd really like to commit to a project price to keep costs under control.
