We are a New York based cost consulting company and is looking for free lancers mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and architectural Quantity Surveyors/Construction Estimators to help us do the take-off.
Job Description
The ideal candidates must be an engineering graduate and has a minimum of 15 yrs combined estimating experience and actual construction, quantity surveying skills, along with excellent math and analytical skills. Must be able to read blueprints flawlessly. Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Word, on-screen/digital take-off experience is an advantage but not required. Must have good written and verbal communication skills, professionalism and attention to detail.
