Quality Graphic Designer

Wanted - A sensibly priced Graphic designer who can make a plan view of roads of UK, not sure may be a 3D road will need to discuss with yourself, such as motorway, bus lanes. The images, roads, cats eyes, surface must look real
Around 2 page, size to be around 310mm x 250mm in PDF must be editable. Will own copyright to images.
I will supply most of images, your own thoughts are essential.

Timescale around 2 weeks Must be creative in designing have ideas on different layouts, appearance, quality etc..... Please note I’m not looking for a cartoon image.
I would expect 1st draft,
I'm looking for example of previous work anything to do with roads be good, experienced and quality would be ideal if you had some knowledge in my area i.e. driving (not essential).
Please send the details through with the costs, if you need anything clarifying will happily respond.
