Qualified Solicitor to give advice

I am looking for a qualified Solicitor to give legal advice on a pending employment appeal to a grievance on behalf of a friend of mine.With possibilty of being able to represent this person if matter goes any further.We are happy to pay an hourly rate which can be discussed.
This matter needs full coverage over the telephone & email of which I will pay for the call.This matter may be resolved of which we would prefer but sound legal advice is needed soon.I am familiar with advice sessions that you can obtain with a Solicitor (of which are increasingly less that the normal hourly rate charged until further action is possibly needed)-which we have already looked into,however due to the timescale and wating for appointments it is not viable.The hourly rate we are offering is to cover this-however we understand if represenatation is needed we would be happy to disuss an agreed hourly rate different to advice rate.
We do not want any bids from un-qualified Solicitors and we would prefer somebody who has covered this kind of work before and somebody who resides in the North West of the UK would be more beneficial.
We would prefer to get this in motion prior to Friday the 27th Jan.
