QA - Need tester with strong SQL and dev.skills to write test cases for small project

I need a QA tester who can write all QA test cases for small Payroll module and related SQL scripts for them where applicable (test cases for process flow only with database interactions, notifications etc, NO UI test etc).
Please note that I have very limited documentation, as a main source you will be using piece of code that reflects the flow and database interaction, as well as reflects where notifications sent, so you need to understand code to some degree, to be able to figure out all test cases for each status, action and status change. Including where and how it interacts with database and what happens and attach all related sql scripts to tests where they related.
I will provide sample test case and you will need to write me few on your own to be approved for the project.
