Sorry for the convoluted way of contacting you, I could not PMB you as my original bid was declined.
I would be able to do this for you, funny that I actually do use recursion on file folders on a regular basis. They fit the model perfectly. I normally use the FileSystemObject, it has to be referenced in VBA, but it has a subfolder object that works well.
From your code, it looks like you are searching for the text Net Cash Flow in column B, once found copying the data from the sheet to the summary. I would probably do the copy a bit differently.
As far as a progress bar, I could probably use the status bar. I'll do some timed trials to see how fast I can count the worksheets, to see if it is worth it. I have an application that I troll for safety incident worksheets, it looks in annual folders for new worksheets and imports them, similar to this.
