PSDs of interface turned into CSS templates

We have designed 5 templates in Photoshop for a simple web-based software interface. These need to be delivered as working CSS files. The detailed content in some of the visuals will not need to be replicated as this is for visualisation only. We have already sliced all the graphics, so hopefully saving time and hassle.

A more detailed brief providing spec for each template will be provided.
All templates are to be fluid– expanding to fit the window,with the exception of the home template (visual with world map) which needs to have fixed width content.
